[mom] I'm in an investment club with my Mom. She used my service when it was still a prototype. It was invaluable to have mom giving her feedback about the product. It was also a great selling point when we first sold the system: My mom used it and she's my toughest critic.

The customer creates acceptance tests. This requires the customer to pair with programmers.

The customer is needed to expand on the stories. There just isn't enough information in the stories.

Most customers can't be on-site. Make sure they are available on the phone and can access the product.
