Attention Applicants! Your grant will NOT be reviewed prior to the scoring process and you will NOT have the opportunity to make changes to your grant once you submit. Please be sure you adhere to our guidelines listed on the Background Information Page. Applications that do not meet our criteria will not be funded.

4. My budget fully explains each line item.
5. I have cross-referenced my grant against the scoring guide.
6. I have read the eligibility criteria and ascertained that my grant fits within the criteria. I acknowledge that my grant will be disqualified if it does not meet the criteria.
7. I have not mentioned my school name, my own name, nor the names of any personnel at my school.
8. I have not made any mention of my geographic location.
9. My grant does not request funding for food (unless it is part of the class curriculum), t-shirts or stickers
10. The individual listed as the project lead is a Boulder Valley School District employee.
11. I have printed a copy of my grant. If I want an electronic copy of my grant, I have pasted it into a Word document and saved it.
12. I have proofread my grant.
13. My principal has read this grant.
14. This is the only grant submitted by the listed project lead and co-applicants.
